Megan & Damian // Intimate wedding at Quinta de São Thiago

Here are our favorite images from Megan and Damian’s wedding at Quinta de São Thiago. We feel very lucky and grateful for being the chosen ones to document this day, it had absolutely everything we love about shooting weddings. To put it simply: kind and fun people that “gave us” such a wide range of emotions and fun moments, beautiful weather and light, amazing colors all day long and a stunning venue (and great food by the way!).

During these past 6 years we unconsciously learned a subtle balance between being friendly, available, someone people can count on and being a discrete and non interfering photographer at a wedding. And during the event, as we shoot and interact with people they naturally come to understand this throughout the day. We’re not really a guest but we’re not invisible either and sometimes great shots are taken precisely because of this duality. And Megan and Damian’s day is a great example of this because they all made us feel like we belonged very quickly and we had such a lovely time not being a guest at this wedding! Thank you once again Megan and Damian, it was just the easiest and funniest day, we really hope you love your images as much as we do!
