AnnMarie & James // Casamento à chuva na Quinta de Santana

Today we’re sharing a very rainy wedding at Quinta de Santana. AnnMarie and James planned their wedding in Portugal hoping for a bright, sunny and colorful day. Unfortunately the weather played a trick on them and what they got was a weirdly cloudy and rainy day in the middle of Portugal’s usually hot Summer. It was a disappointment of course but AnnMarie, James and all their family and friends proved what a wedding is all about and they fully celebrated this love and union. It was a perfect wedding and the rain actually allowed us to create such different images in a place we know so well. Maybe the Portuguese saying is right: a wet wedding is a blessed wedding!
